Payment
For your safety payment is made securely via PayPal. PayPal is free to sign up for and free to use and protects financial information. You may pay with credit card, e-check, or fund from your PayPal account.

Shipping
Shipping will be made to United States addresses ONLY. We cannot ship to a PO Box, give a street address or your order may be cancelled. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may take a much longer shipping time. Your order is processed within two business days of receiving payment, there is a $2.50 processing charge on every order. Most items will be shipped via UPS Ground. You should receive your item(s) within two weeks of shipment depending on your distance from our warehouse. A flat shipping rate of $10.00 is on every order less than $200.00 and FREE shipping on orders totaling $200.00 or more.

Refunds and/or Exchanges
We must be notified as to any problem before any attempt to return is made. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Only returns for defective merchandise without any other product guarantee or warranty will be accepted. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your item. Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded only if authorized return is made in original packaging and item shows no usage. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. You are responsible for return shipping charges. In order to receive a refund for any item you MUST have a valid PayPal account, the account with which you paid is the account which will be refunded.

Out of Stock Items
All items are available at the time of listing. Items may become out of stock or discontinued without notice and without our immediate knowledge. If an item purchased is out of stock you will have the option of either waiting for your item to be restocked or receive a full refund if you prefer not to wait. You will be provided with an approximate date of availability. In order to receive a refund for any item you MUST have a valid PayPal account.

Discontinued Items
Unfortunately some items may become discontinued unexpectedly without our immediate knowledge. In the event that an item purchased has been discontinued you will immediately be issued a full refund via PayPal. In order to receive a refund for any item you MUST have a valid PayPal account.
